What makes Strive Pediatrics different…

The child comes first

Our guiding principle is to answer the question: "What is best for the child?" We approach each treatment session as if your child were our own.

A modern approach

The “wait-and-see” method is antiquated and outdated. Knowledge is power and early intervention makes a difference in the wellbeing of your child.

Focused on results

We are serious about maximizing function and reaching positive outcomes with an evidence based approach. We assess, measure, and rigorously drive toward results. Together we will achieve the objectives outlined in the treatment plan.

Meet the Team

Strive Pediatrics has a growing team of therapists with different backgrounds and specialties allowing us to treat your child’s specific needs with a whole body approach. All our therapists are well versed in all areas of development.

Welcome to Strive Pediatrics, As a mother and Infant and Pediatric Physical Therapist, I understand firsthand the overwhelming challenges that come with motherhood, especially when our little ones struggle to eat, sleep, and feel comfortable in their body. That's why I founded Strive Pediatrics—to provide compassionate support and expert care from the very beginning. At Strive Pediatrics, we empower parents with the knowledge and tools needed to support their baby's growth and well-being at every stage.

Hi y’all, my name is Lauren Parcell! I am a Texas Longhorn alumni who has been providing physical therapy to the pediatric population for the past 10 years addressing the concerns and impairments amongst a wide variety of diagnoses. I truly feel like I am a kid stuck in a 36 year-old body making my charismatic energy and silly personality a match made in heaven for all ages! I am very driven to keep up with what’s trending in the pediatric therapy space while always looking for new ways to maximize the potential for every patient.

Dr. Caroline Davies

PT, DPT, C/NDT

Hi y’all, my name is Caroline Davies! I am a Pediatric Physical Therapist with six years of experience exclusively in pediatrics. I discovered early in physical therapy school that pediatrics was exactly where I was meant to be, and since then, I’ve continued to learn, grow, and deepen my practice in supporting children and their families.

I believe in supporting both the child and the family—empowering caregivers with knowledge, confidence, and tools to help their child thrive in their everyday routines. It is a true privilege to walk alongside families during these meaningful early stages of development.

Occupational Therapy

Hi everyone! My name is Shauna Monahan, and I am an Occupational Therapist and proud dog mom to two Goldendoodles, Coconut and Ollie. I earned my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.

My passion for working with children began at a young age when my younger brother was diagnosed with Autism. Through supporting him, I became deeply involved in the special needs community and discovered my calling for pediatric therapy.

As I pursued my degree in Occupational Therapy, I served as a Special Olympics Head Coach, aquatic therapist, and worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for five years.

Each of these experiences helped prepare me for my career as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist.

Occupational Therapy

Hi, I’m Lisa and for the last 34 years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working as an occupational therapist. My journey started with a foundation in neuro-developmental treatment (NDT), which sparked my lifelong passion for understanding how the body moves, heals, and thrives. Over the years, I've expanded my toolkit with specialized training in massage therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic massage, and neuromuscular therapy.

For the past 14 years, my heart and primary focus have been in the NICU as a Certified Neonatal Therapist. Prior to, I’ve had the privilege to work on an infant/pediatric feeding team in a hospital setting, outpatient and birth to three.

To provide the absolute highest level of care for my families, I recently completed Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs) training and am currently working toward a Lactation Consultant Certification.

My approach is deeply rooted in the power of listening. I am passionate about empowering parents with the tools and confidence they need to help their babies thrive every single day.

When I’m not working you can usually find me either spending time with my husband, dogs and friends or in a crew boat practicing on Lady Bird Lake and traveling.
