Dr. Katie Kennedy PT, DPT, PCS
Doctor Kennedy received her bachelor’s and clinical doctorate from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She has practiced in top-ranked U.S. hospitals, including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Children’s National Medical Center of Washington D.C., and other outpatient settings. Most of her career was spent treating fragile children in neonatal intensive care units. Now Dr. Kennedy specializes in outpatient, in-home physical therapy, infant massage, and wellness. As a mother of two, she understands both the gifts and challenges of motherhood.

Dr. Kayla Robins PT, DPT
A native Texan, Dr. Robins began her clinical journey with rotations in outpatient pediatrics, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. After the birth of her first child, Kayla became familiar with Strive Pediatrics and joined the team. Drawn toward the pediatric realm, she further specialized in nurturing growth motor skills in children. Kayla continues to broaden her clinical horizons, embodying a holistic and integrative approach to Physical Therapy and rehabilitation.

Lauren Parcell, PTA
Lauren is a proud Texas Longhorn alumni who has provided Pediatric Physical Therapy for the past ten years. With deep experience integrating cross-functional care between PT, OT, and speech, she specializes in various techniques and modalities, such as DMI (Dynamic Movement Intervention), NMES, TheraTogs, and Whole Body Vibration Plate, and she has a wide knowledge of orthotics/footwear. Lauren brings her charismatic energy and silly personality to each session with her patients, making for an engaging relationship and maximizing each patient's potential.

Zach Kennedy
After almost a decade in the military, Zach discovered an interest in business and entrepreneurship. He was inspired to help make Strive Pediatrics a reality after observing his wife’s talent and passion for improving the lives of children. Zach supports the staff and patients with all non-clinical business activities to enable Dr. Katie to focus solely on patient care.
